With these new capabilities added to the consumer website re-launch, we have realized a 600% improvement in website interaction in 20 months. Consumers look at more pages and stay on the site longer. Sales representatives and dealers can easily check their dashboards for action required. This level of engagement has allowed us to rapidly climb from page twenty on a web-search to the page one on a web-search, on the most important search engines. The use of a pioneering web-based management system has given our sales teams the ability to rapidly fine-tune and improve our responsiveness to dealers and consumers. This has resulted in a sharp improvement in consumer interaction and satisfaction.
